Design improvements include a tension arm and a take-up bar, providing better thread control and more precise and reliable stitching. The presser foot pressure adjustment knob makes it easy to adjust the pressure according to the material thickness, preventing marks on the leather. The movable flywheel handle can be positioned to increase torque when sewing thick materials or to prioritise speed for lighter work.
